Here at Eye to Eye, we strive to give back to our community in any way we can.

Dr. Laura Branstetter donates her time and expertise every 2 years as a volunteer with the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity, otherwise know as VOSH. VOSH is a national organization originally started in the state of Kansas. It now operates in countries around the world, coordinating trips for optometrists in order to bring eye care to people who normally would not have access.

Dr. Branstetter travels to Panama where her group of doctors will see between 4000 and 5000 people over the course of one week! The volunteer doctors perform free eye examinations and eyeglass fittings for those in need.

In preparation for these volunteer trips, throughout the year we collect your donated pairs of gently used glasses. All donations are welcome, but we ask that you donate only full pairs (we cannot use loose lenses without frames). We also accept over the counter reading glasses. Please bring your donations to our office anytime, perhaps during your next eye appointment.

Dr. Branstetter's next volunteer trip with VOSH is planned for February or March of 2018.

We collect your donated pairs of gently used glasses and over the counter reading glasses for our biannual volunteer trip to Panama coordinated by VOSH. Please bring your donation to our office during your next eye appointment!
